1) In File Explorer, identify the problematic network drive. Left-click on the drive to connect to it.

2) Copy the file path of the network drive from the address bar. Also take note of the letter assigned to the drive (e.g. 'G:').

3) Right-click the drive, and select Disconnect

4) Go to 'This PC' in your quick access bar, on the left hand side of your screen.

5) Select the 'Computer'  tab at the top of the file explorer, then select 'Map Network Drive'.

6) In the 'Drive' list, select the drive letter assigned to the drive you're remapping. Next, paste the file path of the network drive into the 'Folder' text box. If you want to connect every time you log on to your computer, check the 'Reconnect at sign-in' box (recommended). When you've set up your drive letter and folder, select 'Finish'.
