Adding a Printer/Scanner

1) From the Start Bar, go to the 'Printers & Scanners' Settings. Select 'Add a Printer or Scanner', and let the automated search run. Any devices found during this process will be displayed below.
       


2) If the device you wish to add appears, click the device, then click 'Add Device'. If the device does not appear, continue to 3) to add it manually.


3) Select the 'The printer that I want isn't listed' link.  
       


4) Select the appropriate check-box to fill ('Select a shared printer by name' to add a network printer, etc). Then, type the full & precise name of the printer into the text field below and select 'Next'. To find the exact printer name, try to find a peer with a connection to the printer, and copy down the name it displays in their Printers & Scanners Settings menu.
