Accepting a remote session 

1) In your browser, go to assist.protek.education.

2) Enter the session ID provided by the Protek Support Agent.

If you have been provided with a link or an email directly, it should send you to the Zoho Assist webpage with the Session ID already in place.


3) Click Download in the new browser window that appears.


4) Run the installed file (will be named 'ZA_Connect.exe' or similar) to join the remote session.
