Recovering Deleted Folders
1) In the Outlook web client, navigate to 'Deleted Items' on the left-hand menu, then select the dropdown arrow.
2) Any folders deleted within the last 14 days will then appear below.
3) Right-click the folder you'd like to restore, then select 'Move' in the dropdown menu. Select the location you would like to relocate the folder to ('Folders' will add it to your general menu).
Recovering Deleted Emails
1) In the Outlook web client, click on 'Deleted Items' on the left-hand menu.
2) Right-click the email you'd like to restore, then select 'Move' in the dropdown menu. Select the location you would like to relocate the email to.
