Adding the Camera App to use a webcam (Windows 10)

1) Go to the following Microsoft Store page, and install the application: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/p/windows-camera/9wzdncrfjbbg

2) Try to launch the webcam again. This may be through a proprietary piece of software that came with the webcam, or directly through the Windows Camera app.
